Our Pop-Up Charm Bar is a fun, interactive jewelry making station that pops up at your private event and helps guests turn feelings, memories, and favorite things into wearable art! 

Guests create personalized bracelets, necklaces, and keychains using a curated collection of unique charms. It’s a magical way to turn feelings, memories, and favorite moments into wearable art that expresses who you truly are. Perfect for birthday parties, bridal showers, baby showers, corporate events, and more!

What makes our charm bar special?

Our charm selection is handpicked with heart. Every tray is full of fun, nostalgic, and meaningful mini-charms that let your guests say:

“This is so me!”
“This one reminds me of my best friend!”
“I need this flower, it’s my birth month!”

It’s all about showing off what’s in your heart through playful, beautiful charms.

How long does it take?

Most guests spend about 10–20 minutes picking charms and building their bracelet or necklace. It's a relaxed, feel-good activity that adds sparkle to your event without stress. Once everyone has selected their charms, they can enjoy the event while their creations come to life!

What kind of charms are available?

We offer a rotating collection that includes:

Where do you travel?

Based in Burien, Washington, we bring our charm bar experience all over the region! For events outside the area, a small travel fee may apply. Contact us for details — we’re happy to make your event sparkle wherever you are.

What's included in a private event booking?

A private charm bar booking includes:

  • Full setup and teardown of the charm bar 
  • On-site staff for charm assistance & assembly
  • Access to over 1,000 charms, plus a curated selection of 15–20+ charms tailored to your event theme (you pick!)
  • All necessary tools, display trays, and accessories

Can we request a theme or custom charms?

YES PLEASE. We love curating trays to match your vibe — whether it’s cottagecore, celestial girlies, nostalgic 2000s, spooky cute, or vintage romantic coquette. Just let us know what you're dreaming of and we can make it happen!

Is this kid-friendly?

Yes! Perfect for ages 6+. We bring charms that little hands love — just make sure there's a grown-up nearby for the extra tiny guests!

How much does it cost?

Pricing starts at $300 and varies based on guest count and customization level.
